I think there will be pain for investors here.I wouldn't call it a shitshow. This will be a nice community when built out. With pre-con Ya pay yer mony and take yer chances!
There's probably pain for investors in a lot of projects.
Considering the high p/sqf at this project and the towns on this site, it will be a major loss. This project is in the middle of nowhere with no serious transit options. There's probably pain for investors in a lot of projects.
Well not really. The developement is not so far from the GO or the new LRT if you need to travel, bus at the door, and you can actually walk downtown for a variety of services and entertainment, with plenty of waterfront access. Parks to both east and west….libraries, rowing, canoeing, sailing, biking…..a decent pub or two, what’s not to like?Considering the high p/sqf at this project and the towns on this site, it will be a major loss. Yes, the town homes seemed grossly overpriced.None of that will matter. Priced high even with low rates. Buyers are going to take a big hit here (at least with the townhouses).
