This project has been moving so slowly. Project End posted the arrival of the shoring machine on March 21. Since then, the site has been idle so much, there have been times when it felt like the contractors had abandoned the site, leaving their equipment behind.

This is July 22, four months later, and shoring, for such a small site, is still ongoing. At least today, contractors are on site and work is underway.

Concord truly is the worse developer in the city. In every sense: boring and cheap architecture, cutting every corner possible to line their pockets and letting the owners hold the bag. Not giving a shit about all the issues at CityPlace. horrible. Would much prefer this as the old Victorian houses

Another six weeks - and the shoring equipment is still on site. However that was all that was on site - no one working there today at 1 PM - no sign that there has been any activity. Painfully slow.
