Probably just PDI's. Concord Adex hires valet's for PDI's at CityPlace. Each developer does something to make the experience a little better.

What is a PDI, please? (not everyone knows what initials mean, all the time)

There are sandwich boards outside saying move in now and model suite now open.

I am a huge fan of deer. I love the woodland animal statues at the James Cooper mansion, especially the deer, but I dunno about that one. I grew up in cottage country, my parents still have a house by a lake... and have stuff like that all over their lawn.

could maybe be bigger... like the moose near robarts.

But hey at least its not a goose protecting a baby.

Well, I'm feeling dizzy, but thanks for the photos anyway!

Interestingly, Jason Fane, the developer of CHAZ, was one of the people at the The One public meeting this evening at the Hyatt who spoke at the open mic at the end of the evening. Fane spoke about the emerging importance of Toronto on the world stage and the importance of getting it right at the corner of Yonge and Bloor, and generally praised the original plan for the building and indicated his concern that The One not be watered down as it goes through the planning process.

I hope that is the case. The area is changing very rapidly and there will only be one chance to get it right.

I remember using a small travel office on Hayden back in the late 80s. It was just around the corner from Yonge on the north side. The name escapes me, but I believe it used to sit on the site that BSN now occupies. I'm doing some mechanical work in the building, so if I get onto the roof I'll be sure to take a few photos of the area's projects.

The hypocrisy stings so badly.
