Hmm looks like it is Brook Restoration So whether or not this is for the power station, restoration appears imminent.

That's the Windsor transformer station, and no it will remain. There are planned upgrades though once this project is finished. There will be redundancy between the two if there's a failure at one. Most of it touched on in this Star article.

With all the building downtown, the need for capacity is going to keep increasing.

What building is it referring too ?

I remember there was an issue with the machine shop (part of the museum) what ever came of that, are they taking the space over forcing the machine shop to close ?
