Crosstown I Tower 1 - Occupancy January 21, 2025 - Currently working on floor 4 (total 32 floors)

Crosstown I Tower 2 - Occupancy March 18, 2025 - Currently working on floor 2 (total 39 floors)

Crosstown III - Occupancy May 14, 2025 - Currently working on P1 level (total 34 stories)

Crest - Occupancy April 22, 2025 - currently working on floor 6 (total 8 stories)

Block 5a - Aga Khan Multigenerational Building Occupancy Late 2025 (Currently building foundation )

Don Mills Recreation Centre - Construction Start 2024 and Completion Winter 2027

Crosstown Sales Office - Complete and Open to Public TBD

Don Mills Crossing Trail Bridge - Construction start Spring 2025 (Tentative Late Summer 2025)

Crosstown Park South - Construction Winter 2024 (Tentative Completion Mid 2025)
