No noticeable progress on site, although some equipment appears to be hanging out. Taken today:

This past week they dug up part of the roads bordering the site again after having dug them up several months back - something tells me somebody messed up big time here if they had to re-do previous work. I was wondering what the hold up was because there was no movement on site for a few months after the buildings were demolished, which is unusual.
