Ok. I’m confused. Counting the floors it seems there is 8 floors not 9. I see the rooftops going in. Where am I counting wrong?

There is most definitely something we are not understanding. I compared to the rendering and it looks about the same
 
To clarify, what you see as the second floor on the front of the building is actually the third floor. Because of the grade, there is a small row of units on the back that is technically the second floor. You can see this on the architectural plans.

As well, the rendering for marketing does not reflect the final design that was approved.

This building is shaping up to be quite strong altogether. Apart from the neatly textured precast, the quality of material cladding on the top section looks to be well done too.
