I don’t think they are doing it that way. I think it’s by floor anyway. Meaning I could see people in lower floors getting in before us since we are on the 9th floor. There still is one unit left on 9th floor - which surprised me.

It is not that surprising, though. Developers often hold back a handful of units to sell at market value near completion.

That's the mast for the construction hoist (which workers use to get themselves, equipment, and materials up to whatever floor they're working on).

An email came through for more sales and they included a video that had a few shots of the inside i hadnt seen before

The black and white one looks like a unit on the first floor, the second image looks like there is possibly a terrace out the window? Who knows.
