Yea, I walk by that sign often and was always confused as the project on the sign is not for that property. Pretty confusing advertising.

ya, that's a bit sad. It does have offerings to the public realm though, which would be beneficial. Wellesley from church to jarvis could be spruced up a bit.
 
It's sad that we lost the heritage building but at least this has a brick podium, it's not an obnoxious height for the neighborhood, and it might have have retail with a tiny patio. Compared to 501 Yonge, this is okay.
 
I was referring to the straight couples. I don't think that applies to 501. It seems nice enough. I'm just feeling nostalgia in regards to the way the village used to be.

Things change.
 
I don't know why I like this project... It doesn't really strike me as anything special. But there is just something very clean and non fussy about it that I like.
