Taken 12 January. The retail space facing Shuter is now for sale so the developer was waiting for buildings to open to increase interest.

Little news: There is a 10 Dean cafe opening here which isn’t surprising as Fitrovia has them in many new buildings. Also there is an availability feature on the Elm’s website that starts in May but I have heard that units will be available 15 February. Hmmmm

That will provide some competition for Mast Coffee at Shuter and Dalhousie, but a place for cocktails and craft beer will be a nice addition to the neighbourhood.

Two weeks to go until people start moving in here making this the new residential building to start occupancy in this immediate area in the last couple of months. Should be interesting especially when the retail starts opening which always lags behind residents.
