Anyone think this is going to spur any intensification along Don Mills, just north of Sheppard?
Also there's a stretch of land between Leslie and Don Mills that looks like its locked into being residential - I'm not sure whether anyones going to be able to build along there. I know there was recently a new development built on the North side of Sheppard between leslie and don mills but that's it.

As it stands, no one will be moving into any of the towers until late 14 or early 15. Tower 2 which face Don Mills may have owners moving in sooner since it not as tall as Tower 1 on Sheppard.
Tower 1 has a head start on the 3 towers since its the tallest.
DreamTower which is at the very south end has yet to see any real work on it at this time and has a schedule move in in 2016/17.
No idea what the time frame is for the Townhouses in the centre.

Tower 1 move in date is late 2014 or early 2015??? Are you kidding? Where did you get this information from? If that is true, that is like 3-4 years delay!

Been stated at the sales office a few times.
If Tower 1 is 36's and today is almost the end of March, where do you figure the tower will be by year end based on the current photos?
You may hit grade by May.

What are they building on the south east from Emerald city? The project has more progress than the emerald city? Is that Dream Tower or the entrance of underground parking?
