Phase 3 was started around Sept/Oct last year
There is about 60 photos up on site from a 360 view of the site.
Based on what I saw today, Tower 1 should be top off in January with Tower 2 by the end of 2013 and tower 3 in 2014/15

Sheppard subway line intensification makes me happy. Impressive amount of construction activity here, I love the site of cranes rising everywhere in the city.

No, Dream Tower is being built in the northwest corner of the project along with the first two towers.

You sure, as it is the tallest and at the south side according to the display in the sales office??
Everything you are showing above I consider to be part of the northwest corner of the site.

so Dream Tower is the tallest one? I thought Emerald city 1 is the tallest one and then 2, and Dreamtower??? How many floors on each of these projects?
You are correct re: which is highest. The floor counts are in the thread title.

The way I read the thread is Emerald City phase 1 36 floors, Phase 2 - 29 floors, and Dream Tower - 25 floors. I think there is a misunderstanding here. Emerald City phase 1 is the tallest and Dream tower is the shortest among these 3 towers.
You're right, the thread title's right. Where's the misunderstanding?
