it's not great glass but it works well for this one. I like contrast between the massive panels of clear glass at street level and what lies above.

Tenants of lower levels could start moving in around October 15th,.... I'm assuming this would only apply to shorter west tower since its mechanical room are further along than that of east tower. Anyways, lower level condo units are mostly finished - just need cabinets and tiles,... finishing touches.

Taller East Tower has topped out,... spine looks complete, just need HSS truss for curve side of tower and it won't exceed the height of the spine - actually shorter HSS truss than that used on shorter West Tower.

Looking from west - near sunset, the light reflects back at different angles of the curvature of the towers creating different shades and colours. Could you imagine how beautiful it would have been if they had used better quality glass.

Uhh, One Bloor, Four Seasons, Delta, L-Tower, BAC-3, Hullmark, etc.
They are familiar, just cost a lot more "$$$"

cool photos. nice seeing the slanted columns through the glass in that last pic^ the minor gripe I have about the design is that floors are only curved for such a small segment at the top. wish the effect was more extreme.

In that last photo you're referring to, you can clearly see that the curvature of the building is so poorly done that in a number of places the curve looks dented! Especially between certain floors.

One of the photos in the middle shows the view from one of the (not yet finished) corner penthouse suites on curve side (upper level floor well within curve the building's curve) All the walls and windows are slanted! Whoever buy these slanted units will have to buy slanted furniture,... otherwise, it just won't look right!

Also attached are close up photo of HVAC unit (we were discussing this a few months ago) on roof within HSS truss structure of west tower

thanks for posting that link ^. that slanted space looks incredible! Personally I think the slanted walls/windows are cool, but yes, it's a painfully awkward space, especially for furniture... that view tho
