Although they haven't publicly stated it, the TYSSE planners have given up hope that this station and 407 station will open in time. However, they do fully expect to have the trains operating and generating revenue by December. The trains simply won't stop at those two stations.

I wasnt talking about the insulation, I'm talking about the overall state of the site and Bondfield as a whole. We've seen this game from them before, and we know the end result in most cases.
