Thank God this ISN'T a point tower. Midrises give so much more to the streetscape in a city like Toronto, and we already have no shortage of point towers.

There's still plenty of opportunity left for the remaining parking(s) surrounding it.

Shadowing on Clarence Square is a major factor for projects in this area, and the reason for the height limitations - so where the parking lot is relative to Clarence Square will be a factor on whether a tall building would be approved.

Yeah, that i know...i think that 70-75 meters is the height limit for that location

Taken today. Last time I took photos it was all from the backend of the site. Today`s photos are from the front - oh ya!

Mmmmm I love that last photo... it shows what a nice streetwall does instead of dinky podiums lining the street.

This might end up being another sleeper hit for Toronto. And from G+C, I never thought I'd see the day. Let's hope that the quality continues all the way to the top. I'm really hoping the roof does not end up detracting from an otherwise nice streetwall.

If I am not mistaken, there 3 different type of cladding being used on this tower. Front is different from the other sides at this time with the east and the other sides being different also.
