They have not started sales with the taller tower yet. There is a discussion starting on page 488 about when it might start:

Wondering....If the taller tower is still a few years from starting construction, why isn't this thread referring to the tower that is under construction at 73 stories (not 84) ?

There is only one thread for 'Forma', and UT policy is that the height in the title refers to the tallest building being discussed by that thread.
