October 18 - The amount of rebar for the size of this site is unreal. First project I know where the site is so tight that a separate rebar cage assembly area has been set up off-site on Pearl Street. Nirvana for steelworkers - there certainly were enough of them on the site Friday afternoon.

One Bloor west (The One) is another example where rebar arrives at the site pre-assembled.
 
And so it begins! Here's hoping the second tower also gets built, but even if it doesn't, in terms of design excellence, Forma will be the benchmark against which all others will be measured for the foreseeable future!
It will get built! This Forma tower sold out faster then expected and at higher prices. The condo slump in Toronto will be over just as this tower gets occupied. 👌
