I see they have scaffolding between the concrete walls for forming the second floor. What else do you see?

I appreciate that the forum likes my posts in this thread, but I actually found it surprising no one responded to my prompt in the previous post. However, I found it a little too drastic, even by my standards, so I did not insert it into my photo from this afternoon, which shows that more second-floor forms are now in place:

I took my first photo with a 3x telephoto lens, and my second photo with 30x digital zoom. When this project rises higher, I likely would not need to use the 30x digital zoom on my Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Here is an update today from the west side of Duncan Street; they have more scaffolding on the left side of this photo:
