Hurontario LRT is supposed to end in the North end of Brampton, right ? This thread confuses me...
For those interested in the ability to develop some density north of Bovaird on Hurontario......the piece of green land shown here at 10254 Hurontario (one of the last fully vacant bits) is in the process of becoming a 1.3 million square foot Canadian Tire warehouse/fulfillment centre.It is too late!
North of Bovaird, the entire stretch is already built with traditional subdivisions with the backyards facing Hurontario......the west side has very, very little development land available.....zoned industrial. No one lives on Hurontario north of Bovaird.....something that is not likely to change.

I have not seen any renderings but I would suspect it will be single storey with very high ceilings.Single story?
