I like the design from the outside, but disappointed with the floorplans.

The floorplans are a bit of a disappointment. Finishes aren't the greatest either. The biggest complaint are 8 ft ceiling heights in all but 3 floors. Exterior is nice, though. A far cry from King West Life, The Tower, Edge, etc.

These units were sold at an excellently-valued price and Plaza even offered free parking for 1+Den units and larger.
Yes, the units may be cheaply finished but I am very appreciative that the exterior looks very sharp and well composed and executed.
I have seen some new buildings with disappointing interiors where many units eventually were renovated to make it look decent and in competition to other appealing resales. A good example is Urbancorp's West Side Lofts near Liberty Village.
Luckily the interiors are a much easier fix, the exterior design is much more permanent that the public realm must put up with.

What would've looked better: a Kirk of NimbyTect-style building drizzled in that awesome HP sauce they're serving at The Well.
