UD, you may think the precast looks mediocre, but from your pics it really pops out from the brick. And the high contrast makes the brick buildings look better too (I am still dreaming of a non-glass building in southcore to have a similar effect, but that's a lament for another thread).
 
I'm loving the pre-cast base so far. It reminds me of 32 Camden, but with better, tighter spacing between the vertical pre-cast strips, which creates a greater sense of texture. It fits in nicely with the streetwall too.

So far it's easily one of Plazacorp's best efforts. Hariri Pontarini continues to impress.
