I could be wrong but it seems the issue is now resolved since I can’t find the violation entry anymore. Has anyone have an update?

Yesterday (July 21). Crane taken down and laying at the foot of the tower

Edit: looking at the last few pictures, seems that the crane has been down for a while. Then there was the stop work order relating to the crane, which seems to have been resolved. Maybe they’re trying to put the crane UP again? Because that crane on the street definitely belongs to this building.

I know I'm not the first to mention this... I'm sure.... but, I can't imagine the disappointment of buying pre-con only to discover you're not getting a balcony...
This must've been discussed before. Right?
I've apparently not kept up with this project and suddenly have opinions.

indeed, very disappointing. it was discussed before. but there is nothing much you can do about it - it's the risk of buying pre-built. but this builder definitely has lost its reputation for me.
