Buyers have been told that occupancy will be in 2023, but I just can’t see how that will be possible with the building progress to date. I’d like to hear from the architects watching this thread. When do they think this project is likely to be completed?

It's not uncommon for projects to be completed anywhere from months to around 1 year after the recommended occupancy dates. Some thoughts and estimates in my mind. Based on a scan of the progress so far, I'd reckon there's probably another 3-5 more months of excavation work required. From there with the installation of cranes, the project should be able to rise. It'll maybe take around 1 year for the building forms to reach grade level, which takes us to around Spring 2022.

This is a wide, expansive 16 storey building of various design complexities, so the above grade work will likely take around 1.5 to 2 more years. Altogether, bringing this more or less to somewhere in the Spring-Summer 2024 range for full completion.

Already taken into account. The only other variable impacts are if there was ever to be a full stoppage for whatever reason, which is not expected. And if there are periods of heavy snow fall or ice storms in the winter.
 
Fairly impressive progress over last 2 months when you consider the size and complexity of the site. I'm glued to this thread and it's still only excavation!
