It seems to be moving along reasonably fast to me, as lots of work is happening inside and at ground level too.

The south side is almost completely clad with its window wall as of this morning. It's a mix of mechanical vents and dark green/blue spandrel.

Thanks for all of the updates everyone! I wonder if what was learned here regarding cladding could ever be applied to the Crystal at the ROM?

Things are proceeding much better then it was during the fall (where nothing seemed to be done for about 3 months - I suspect they had an issue with the penthouse cladding and the cladding/louvers above). Not all the south side is complete but it is progressing slowly. The east side is progressing too. Nothing yet though is started on the west side. This will be tricky work for them. I guess they are taking things slow.

They did a great job with the mechanical floors, IMO. They look like an extension of the regular cladding from most angles.

8 December 2013: It struck me walking across the Bloor-Danforth viaduct how great the L Tower looks from this vantage point:

It also struck me that someone with a better zoom lens and the same hardcore determination as myself (walking across the bridge on a freezing cold morning...so rewarding! ) needs to shoot it asap.

I was thinking the same thing. Seems like quite an over sight.
