In a Toronto context this is not 'mediocre' at all, as far as the tower portion is concerned at least. It is one of the better ones! The podium is a fail though!

Yep. And the same can be said about Aura too.
It's weird having dual standards. Because on one hand we should all be thankful that out of the condo we actually get something special built once in a while. And on the other, its not hard to imagine these buildings being executed at a higher level. The quality isn't there.
