I noticed this last night but thought it was probably construction lights, but on closer inspection tonight I pretty sure it isn't. It looks like the light feature up the north side of the building. I'll try to get a better shot later with a tripod. There's a lot of light being reflected off the glass on east side from the buildings downtown.
I caught the lights on Thursday night - but no camera. Five lights going up the north side were not working. Didn't catch how many were out on the south side.
It was quite eye-catching coming south on University.
