Can someone tell me why the crane looks so big (tall) for a development that size?

It looks disproportionate as it's at its final height now. It won't look as weird when there's five more storeys above this one.

Didn't realise this was a steel build, makes sense though. Great infill densification.

I don't know why more builders in Toronto don't use steel for these kinds of sites (I mean, probably money... but still)

I love how quickly steel buildings rise.
