Right now tall condo buildings doesn't really mean a downtown. A downtown is the Central Business District for the city and currently MCC is not that.
Agreed. Bike lanes, widen the sidewalk, ANYTHING to make walkability along 'Downtown' less of a nightmare.
Those houses aren't going anywhere for probably a couple of decades...
