I think they are pouring the base for a crane(s). But not sure they are using the most efficient method - pouring concrete into buckets ( including an excavator’s) then driving them down the pit. I imagine the cement trucks may not be able to climb the steep ramp.

In the middle picture, it looks like they have installed a concrete pump already. I have not seen them install them underground before as they usually use mobile pumps at grade level.

While construction of the first two underground floors is progressing, they are still excavating the last remaining bits.
