Any idea where that red crane in the foreground is? Also, curious where this was taken from. Looks like it could be from the top of the hill at Davenport and Dufferin - Regal Road Public school :)
 
Photos were taken from the Bloor/Dovercourt area.

I'm not certain but I would imagine that the crane is for Cube Lofts in Little Italy.

I counted twice yesterday from Queen's Quay (July 20th) and the south tower is at the 47th floor so 3 floors to go plus mech. PH levels (49-50) have 10 foot ceilings as opposed to 9 feet in the suites below.

Its funny showing phase 1 as 99.5% sold. I guess they still have that one penthouse remaining.

I love the layout of the sports bar tables. Very 'nouveau cubicle'
 
That is pretty much exactly what's behind the door. The interior work that had been completed by the time I left matches the rendering pretty much spot on
 
I found this little tidbit in the Office PDF on the MLS site.

"Signage opportunity facing the Gardiner Expressway offering
tremendous visibility and branding"

Soo signs on the Gardiner? Could be interesting.
 
They're vertical signs that line up with the columns in the building, angled out to either side

I think that's the first picture to be posted of Cube lofts. It's been a while since I posted on here. Just trying to get used to the setting on the camera I'm using so the images for the next little while won't be at their best.

I love how Caltrane's first picture makes it look like the waterfront is actually connected to the city.
