The public space will be between the ACC and Telus, more specifically. And who knows, maybe the street will be entirely shut down for pedestrians only during bigger events. (You know, all the Stanley Cup celebrations...)

Isn't that for the glass atrium they are building which will connect the ACC to the Maple Leaf Square podium?
