It's mediocre, but at least it's matte and the mullions are flush and match the spandrel, instead of the usual semigloss plastic finish thats crisscrossed by raised mullions in a different color.

Do we know if the concrete is going to be clad/painted/polished? Can't see the owners realistically leaving it like that
