The window wall here is making Rockport's Nest Condos look good.
Don't know if I'd go that far, but this is looking horrendous...
This one will depending entirely upon how well the banding obscures that dreary window wall behind it, and the no-frills concrete on the sides (that interrupted third floor pour of the east wall? yeesh!!!). This might end up looking fine at night if not in the day with a well chosen banding (I wonder if it'll be laser cut aluminum, or fritted glass, or ???) but they'll have to do more than just that to make up for the unfortunate east and west walls — those will need paint if not something more substantial to end up at the rendered look.Do we know if the concrete is going to be clad/painted/polished? It's one guy on a lift doing stucco. The entire back of the building is stucco as well. What a horrible exterior design choice, it will age horribly and it takes forever to installWhat on earth are they doing with that wall?
