According to the owner, their lease ends in April and appears like she had her sights on moving for some time now. Doesn't sound like an issue with the landlord, just that they want to start a new chapter elsewhere.

True about Parkdale waning a bit lately, this is like at the least the 3rd indie business in the area that's closing since the year started.
