Everyone forgets about Port Credit. Perhaps that makes it the exception that proves the rule.

Same! As someone else mentioned, the dark precast looks great! Im wondering how that brick part is going to look once the whole building starts coming together. It seems out of place, but could end up looking interesting.
 
I knew FRAM would do a good job. They did a great job on the south side of Lakeshore.

Easily the most 'urban' high-rise development in Mississauga over the past few years.
 
Wow it's made lots of progress since the last update.
I had no idea there was a courtyard in the back.
If there was a condo I'd want to live in, this would be it.
