This building has so many great design details. The top is outstanding, and the rounded corner in the podium suggests that they're not about to neglect the ground level. The glass isn't green. It's a remarkable development. Mississauga seems to be having an architectural renaissance.

Thanks Drum!

I love that brick they are using on the podium. Overall this is one of my favourite buildings to be constructed in the last decade. It continues to impress me.

I would love to see a few more floors added to everything, but it makes a statement on both streets as is now. A number of the retail has been lease already.

The brickwork did not turn out as good as I hope on the corner retail area, but can live with it.

Here a few shots from the other side with the new Lion Park Complexs that is almost finish. That new park looks a 100 time better than what was there before.

There were training the new life guards when I was shooting.

The only thing missing now, is the grass and that should be place next week if this thing is to be open to the public beging in July.

great updates, drum, thank you SIR....

The retail at base has started opening, so far with Amici Cafe and Gelateria opened last Friday. I had the chance to try their ice cream, or rather gelato, and it is by far the best ice cream I've eaten in the entire GTA! Delicious and highly recommended. Also, Subway (bleh) and a dentist have leased portions but some other spaces are still a mystery.

This development definitely adds a lot to the neighbourhood.

That little alcove occupied by the cafe chairs should help animate that stretch of storefronts.
