Base on this rate without factoring any slowdown in the winter, it should be pouring the 75th floor around Nov/Dec 2015.
If indeed they are pouring Dec 2015 for 75th floor. How many more months after that do we expect the first and last residents to collect keys?

There's nothing opaque about it. Looks like a fine frit, making it translucent from afar, and still partially see-through when close up.
