I believe that the second floor will be retail. It might end up being the Saks off Fifth.
 
Those brick apartment towers from the 1960s in the foreground are generally dull on their own, but they add an interesting vintage layer to an impressive modern skyline.

I believe that the second floor will be retail. It might end up being the Saks off Fifth.
The second floor will mostly be Nordstrom Rack, actually.
