No big rush, we're still waiting for the piece for the Bloor Street revitalization project. The public art equivalent to 4'33".

Very nice terrace. I wonder when all the bits and pieces of glazing and balcony railings are going to be done. My OCD goes into overdrive whenever I see pix of this building.
