Possibly. They are not mentioning the mechanical level(s) though, and there have to be at least one of those, so I don't know what the official total is.

It's hard to read but it would appear that one of the underground levels (P1) is also one of the commercial levels. That would mean the tower would be 68 floors.
It's utterly amazing how we can't get a straight answer on this tower.
In all the renders I've seen, (thanx traynor) of Uptown area, this tower will dwarf everything including 4 Seasons so
