I think the only thing to do in the meantime is find a landowner and developer and build a real "Piano" while the firm knows where the city is.

A large steel structure has been erected. Could this be the first of the support system for the lobby entrance (with some temporary diagonals supporting it until more structural steel is attached to it?)?

There was another flatbed sitting on university just north of queen with a whole lot more structural steel just like as pictured when i was coming back from lunch.

Made the mistake of reviewing the exterior renders again. Looks fine for a University Ave addition from 2 or 3 decades ago. Dated.
Maybe we skip a few decades and start building a residential tower on top ;-)

We have to trust that the detail is going to look gorgeous once applied because the massing looks boring as hell.

And therein lies the beauty of RPBW. As a massing often his buildings can be considered "boring" but my god the details are to die for. Reason why I never worried that this was "just a box".
