Wow.....that's quite a box. Looks as good as it should, being a temporary structure.

Reminds me a bit of the Embarcadero Centers here in San Francisco. If done with the right material these could be quite nice.

It hasn't been that long since the last Ovation went up. You still have the final phases of the Universal to be built. Absolute's super block is like a hybrid tower in park community. It's far too early to call it especially for the outskirts of the City Centre. This isn't just Mississauga. It's applicable to all suburban city centres across Canada.

Ultra Ovation (the most recent phase) was erected in 2009, though I do agree that the developments should be more urban inside and outside.

Hmm, what's the floor plate size? It looks quite a bit smaller than the Toronto 750 sq m plate, so quite slender.

Are there any inset balconies? It needs some.

I think the descending asymmetric tops work. The podiums need a little of that jazz.

There are inset balconies going all the way up on the north and south elevations (2 no. per elevation) and on the west and east up to the start of the setbacks (3 no. per elevation)

Land is being strip clean and level at this time. No more trees on site as they are wood chips now.
