My eyes may be deceiving me but it looks like they're on the last floor of the 1st 36 floor tower. They must have been going gung-ho on that one so they could use the crane from that building on the PSV. Would make sense.

The building is being cap now.

The hole for PSV has yet start and it will be 2013 before the crane is needed for it. PSV will be to the left at Burnhamthorpe.

Wow, in some of those shots Missy could almost give Dallas or Atlanta a run for their money.

To be fair the pictures make the buildings look closer together than they really are.

Very true. It's deceiving from a distance, but when comparing with many US cities that have cores with very little live-in population, Mississauga is going to be worlds better from a livability standpoint as it continues to fill in. Those cities go vacant at night, while MCC will have 150,000 or so residents within a 3km x 3km area.

If only we could score a landmark office tower or two, and maybe a high rise hotel or two...

Enough retail space for a Sobey's perhaps? It would be similar to the one in Cityplace. This district will need a major grocery store within immediate walking distance.

Sounds like PSV Tower.

There is a Whole? grocery store 1.5 blocks south of Burnhamthrope on Confederation using MT #28. T & N? at the corner of Grand Bend and Central Parkway using MT #6 & #91. There is an (T&T?) 5 bus stops to the west and and NO Frills 2 more blocks west of that one using MT #26. If you take the #91 bus south, you will get Loblaws store at Mavis & Dundas.
