Of the three towers on this block (not including the Lightbox portion of the Festival tower), this building is my favorite. I think its much handsomer than I thought it would be when I first heard Pinnacle was involved.

Agreed. While Festival is the highest quality building, aside from Bell Lighbox it's just another green glass condo. What does it for me is the slanted roof on this thing. Simple and straight to the point, and looks sharp. I'm also a fan of the flush balcony arrangement that doesn't interfere with the design. Makes cinema look like a disaster.

That would be because Cinema is a disaster.

I don't think many people appreciate how well the blue of the windows contrasts with the dark grey of the brick. This is a handsome building, particularly in person, particularly in the mornings and evenings.
 
The tower does the trick, but I'm left quite disappointed with the podium/ground level which looks particularly heavy and uninteresting.
