Does anybody know what that large open green field is just below this project in the above picture? Kind of isolated from the rest of the neighbourhood.

By the way anyone know why they switched to white brick? The earlier materials showed red.

I was curious as I thought it was a bait and switch from the renders. The white looks too pasty and almost like they wanted to match the pale drab of the tower beside it.

Will they paint it though? The problem when it's just concrete is it looks terrible after it rains as it dries unevenly and just looks dirty.

This project is starting to make alot of progress now

My tentative occupancy is this Nov. Are we expecting this to get delayed again?

No way these are ready by November.

Maybe next summer by earliest.

Also concerned about the brick pattern color now, doesn't match the renders and not sure how they would paint them you would need scaffolding or the window washing system to be installed(meaning the buildings would already be complete)
