I don't think it's paint, it's stain and since the concrete is porous it will absorb in as well. I think it will hold up very well long term.

From the images provided, the white appears to be a protective coating for installation and construction protection, which when removed exposes the red precast brick. There's absolutely zero possibility the builder would paint or stain these by hand post-installation - that would be financially and logistically unfeasibile. All they need to do is peel off the coating later and boom - they're done.

These are from the 4th, going up fast seems like a floor a week. Probably done with the concrete in about 2 months at this rate?
