What amazes me here is someone had the audacity to put such a massive building on such a small lot and it appears architecturally they have been able to pull it off. Add on top of that addressing sensitive low rise historical street scapes north and east and to boot not crowding the intersection. It's been awhile since I've walked through the entertainment district and wanted to look up....

Too bad about the mediocre window-wall with the waist-high mullions. Otherwise, this would have been a 10/10.

This and 1 yorkville suffer from the same issues. Great design but big time value engineered. Makes you appreciate the developers who go "all out'.
