It could look alright. The collaboration of CentreCourt and IBI did well at 411 Church, not too far away. This developer/architect firm duo has quite a lot on the go in the city with Prime, 199 Church and 8 Wellesley all hitting the market. There's also 250 Church coming up in the pipeline. So we'll have to see how this next batch of condos are executed.

Estimated construction timeline:



  • Demolition: June 2021 to July 2021 
  • Excavation and shoring: from July 2021 to October 2021; 
  • Below grade formwork: from October 2021 to April 2022; 
  • Above grade formwork: from April 2022 to April 2023; 
  • Building envelope: from November 2022 to April 2024; and 
  • Interior finishes: from August 2023 to December 2024.
