Not sure if it's all worth having to stuff (what looks like) grout/tar into the crevices between prefabricated modules that look like they're on the cusp of falling apart...At least the commie blocks had usable floorplans! So would we if we still built slabs.
Wow that's really nice. A shame they didn't use that treatment on all sides, but two is still better than none.
Sure, but that's more a maintenance issue, no? Soviet slabs were known for having iffy common elements, but people took pride in their unit interiors.
