Had to laugh how the underside of the balconys are painted with most at the top with a lot of hits and miss for the other floors.

Nobody talks about that cream coloured building next to Reve which in my opinion has to be one of the ugliest things built in Toronto in the last decade.

The funny thing is, had Tridel opted for a much lighter cladding, that cream-coloured condo would not have stood out so much as will now.

I agree, a missed operatunity for north Front street between Spadina and Bathurst to be lined up with nice midrise architecture ..

I think that ship had sailed long before Tridel got involved...

I like it. The size is right, the shape is unique, and the black with red highlights is something we don't see very often. It stands out in what I think is a good way.

I quite like Rêve due to its unique black and red colours ... it is not Tridel's fault for the mess at 550 Front Street West (Portland Park Village ... aka the beige precast bldg) being so darn ugly ~

You weren't there AG, the design was beyond boring. The OAA should be notified that one of their members made +125 people fall asleep when discussing their design presentation. Freed should be embarassed.
